A Republican's winning in 2028 and it won't be Vance.

Slimy used-car salesman Josh Shapiro is going to be force fed to the American public by a DNC desperate to avoid accusations of antisemitism and for a non-populist white Obama despite the typhoon of oppo against him from his left and right, including covering for a murderer, covering up his staffer's sexual harassment and volunteering for the IDF. He will lose in a landslide, as he should.

Beshear and Whitmer are the DNC's best shot which isn't saying much but until there's greater economic policy shifts, neither are winning.

Ossoff's being given the Beto savior treatment before the Vanity Fair cover killed the latter's career, and the former will lose decidedly in 2026 which will kill any of his momentum.

No one else on that list is worth discussing to unite the disparate tent that is Democrats, independents, those unaffiliated and those that have given up on the political process.

I think whatever the next four years entail, it will be interesting to see how MAGA's realign after Donald Trump's tenure comes to an end.

It is way too early to tell. I don't think we'll have any idea of what the political landscape will look like until at least the 2026 midterms.

Brave of you to assume that the current American voting system will still be in place in 2028.

I agree with those that say it's too early. I think any of them may run BUT it will NOT be on the same platform that has handcuffed the dem party for the last few decades. Because if this it may even be an unknown who comes out of nowhere to change the party.

As far as the repubs lbh. It'll be Don jr.

Vice President Kamala Harris for all!

Its actually impressive to achieve 75M votes in a matter of 107 days, it was effective campaign that did railed lots of people, it just the timing & other factors that sadly didn't succeed for Harris, The main problem that Harris had was that she was attached to the Biden Administration in a 2028 scenario she wouldn't have to worry about that, but I 100% would be supportive if she does go for 2028.
