Saint James Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago evermore was a slow burner for me, it was such a warm cosy blanket during 2021. and then Fearless Red TV came out and ooh what a good time to be a fan 1
wastedpotential Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) The evermore lobby showed up in force Anyway I can't give you my top 13 from the decade because that would cause great anguish, but if you take the standard evermore track list and remove Shein Goodbye, Earl and Pots and Pans, you'd probably have something close to my list this time of year Spoiler hm to all of folklore, the anthology, and most of midnights and the standard TTPD, plus renegade, birch, the alcott, and carolina Spoiler The most dishonorable of mentions to Buddy, All of The Eardrums You've Burst Before, I Can Do It Without A Sense Of Taste, The Ginger and the Queen, Electric Toothbrush, Only The Worst, You All Lover Me, and Subaru Lesbians Edited 7 hours ago by wastedpotential 1 1

Theluckyone Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Maroon Midnight Rain Lavender haze cardigan exile seven august illicit affairs champagne problems All too well (10 mins version) Not in order. folklore > Midnights > evermore > TTPD But all are extremely great albums. All the TVs are great. Can't objectively rank them because I'll still fall back into how I will originally rank the albums (1989 being a far far first compared to anything else), though based on bonus tracks RED TV takes the cake easily. 1
Bitter Aging Twink Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Best post-2020 album: Folklore (yes, it's a basic answer, but it was revolutionary for her career at the time, and very much needed after two shít albums in a row) Best re-recording: Fearless (I'm not a fan of the re-recordings in general, but this re-recording showed the most improvement over the original) Best year: 2020 (She was queen of Covid; practically invented the virus) Top 13 tracks since 2020: Marjorie Mirrorball Invisible String Peace Seven Champagne Problems The Last Great American Dynasty August The Lakes Hoax Tis The Damn Season Chloe or Sam or Sophia or Marcus Right Where You Left Me Top 3 vault tracks: Nothing New (feat. Timeless may be in my top 10 for the decade so far, but I'm still not giving slots on the list to vault songs from 2010s albums. 1

AvadaKedavra Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago 13 Favorite Tracks since 2020 1. August : My favorite taylor song all time with Style. The instrumental of this has such a magical nostalgic fairytalesque tone. I can see a romantic classic fantasy movie with this song. The bridge is art and the horns instruments in the background. Salt Air. So Windy. 2. Gold Rush : I love how expensive this one feels. So ethereal and magnificent. Cosmic 3. Bejeweled : I live for the tingling crystalized playful feeling of the instrumental and the video is one of my faves from tay all time. 4. Woulve, Coulve, Shoulve : This song is so so haunting 5. Sweet Nothing : This song makes me cry. So sweet. 6. The Lakes : This is an escape song in the garden or the farm. Just wanna dissapear and relax while i listen this in the grass 7. Mad Woman : This is the classiest angry song i ever heard. I listen to this and i feel the fire. Im a scorpio so imagine. Does a Scorpion sting? 8. Albatross : This one to me has a Classical Seaside-Maritime feeling. Like a song from an old writer from the old centuries 9. The Great War : I live for the Medieval Feeling of this 10. Fresh Out The Slammer : i love western sounding soungs. Lonely in the sandy desert in the sunset 11. Antihero : This song is very dreamy. Love the video and the old 70S-80S spice to it but i hate the cringe discussion at the end of the vid. 12. The Last Great American Dinasty : What a Pretty song. This is one of the most upper class american songs i ever heard. So new england 13. Midnight Rain. I play this when im feeling real melancholic in the night and reflecting about stuff 3 VAULT TRACKS 1. Babe (What about the promises promises? Have this on my car rides playlist. So warm. Like a housewife song 2. When Emma Falls in Love (Love the piano. So pretty) 3. Say Dont Go (This one works with the original 1989 record. The same delivery. Love the dramaticness)
