Mornings Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago She really scrambled her brain playing with those robot gloves all day and night

At times, even more than their male counterparts, bizarrely. Instead of sympathising with marginalised groups they seem to internalise some sort of victim complex. It's a toxic mix of self-loathing, self-pity and entitlement. Another one in casket. MTE lol. - esoteric trans girls and a handful of gheys are the only ones really listening to her stuff these days so idk who's gonna be left if this becomes well-known

CakeMeOn Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago (edited) https://x.com/neepaulitam/status/1867269442662440986 Thread. she's disavowed the terf like in the video (and had already unliked it before) and does a lot of work with fellow queer/trans artists Also her song Last Night of an Empire is literally about conservatives being **** heads and spreading misinformation Edited 6 hours ago by CakeMeOn 3

She literally says that she doesn't agree with the tweet, and if she did like it, it was accidental. 6
Vegvisir Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) Holy f*ck, there is a video that's been already posted multiple times from A YEAR AGO where she explained that she does not remember liking the tweet, multiple people have access to her account, and that she doesn't agree with or support the views expressed in that tweet. She also works with a ton of queer/trans artists, has recently opened up about her own queerness/bisexuality and how she's been exploring it for the last couple of years. And yet people in this thread continue to disparage her, attributing TERF views to being British and/or "old"... y'all are so f*cking WEIRD and spiteful, and then willfully ignore rock solid video proof that this assessment of her was 100% wrong. OP should update the thread title, include the video in the main post, or just close this thread altogether. Edited 5 hours ago by Vegvisir 6 3
Bubble Tea Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The thing is, no one in this thread really cares about the TERF component, they care about seeing the gleeful of a previously beloved celebrity. Otherwise I would see plenty of threads in support of trans artists and sporting trans artists in their avatars, however that is not that the case, and therefore I take this "outrage" with a grain of salt. 1

BINGO!

Well, I'm trans, and I'm sure some users here are too, and we don't have to prove anything to anyone to be upset by this. I did fight for the good sis Ethel Cain when the Kats were trying it with her, though. That said, great that she addressed it, I don't keep up with Imogen Heap of all people, so more context is welcome. Personally, it's hard to give those artists the benefit of the doubt after Roisin and especially after the UK just banned puberty blockers for trans teenagers specifically (it's still ok for cis teens), which her statements helped to enable.
