Tyla normally gives a good show , so will excuse her for this. But this is one of the things that I respect about Beyonce. As far back as Destiny's child era and her early solo days when she still performs in small events like this, she always give her all. The stage might not be a grandiose design but her energy has always been 100% even for non- events

This.  Not all appearances require a full choreo moment…especially not events like this. Lol.
 

Yall are too young to remember the era of artists doing club appearances…where they  "performed" (aka sang a line or two…and left  ).  Thats what this is giving.  There's diff levels of gigs.  
 

She had a full out gig in Cape Town tonight…giving award show level performing.
 

This is clearly intentional.

Agree.  
 

But I also think Bey pushed herself too much those earlier years too.  
 

This is why I don't understand ppl complaining about her lack of promo now.  She well put in enough work during the early years.
 

As a consumer, I love when artists go all out…all the time.  But balance is OK too.  Especially when artists are expected to drop so frequently now.
