It is one of those "big pharma" healtchare provider companies that is only focused on profits not the betterment of human lives / healing people. They actively and consistently put profit over the health of people. Saying it in a way that doesn't trigger the mods, we should not be depressed this happened.

If people were looking for symbolic signposts for the breakdown of late-stage capitalism as it enters its chaos phase before completely disintegrating, this is a pretty damn good one.
