No one knows exact sales, but it's hard to compare when Britney's was available to all retailers, with pre-order and digitally. Taylor's were just in store for today, only sold by Target in US. Ricardo1993 Posted yesterday at 02:08 AM Posted yesterday at 02:08 AM I'm sure that fanbase will find a way to blame Beyonce 5

I'm not surprised even the most rabid swifties are seeing through this. what a waste of paper & ink. Why? It's a good collectors item for people invested in her as an artist. More artists should be releasing things like that, lyric books, etc,.

They clearly rushed this product. Misspellings are unfortunate but are (fairly) common with big artwork jobs… especially with the first pressing or two.

RobynYoBank Posted yesterday at 03:13 AM Posted yesterday at 03:13 AM TTPD vinyl is sold out everywhere and there were only a few scraps of the tour book left here. 1

Both the vinyl and tour book were sold out by Friday mid-morning at my nearest location too. OTHs getting their panties wet over a tour book not selling out within a few hours in one store in Philadelphia is peak desperation 3

latingrl2005 Posted yesterday at 04:08 AM Posted yesterday at 04:08 AM I'm in SW Florida 3 Targets vinyls sold out immediately. They had people lined up since 3am. All 3 has some books and cds left. But most were 3/4 empty.

I was one of the swifties in line to get the book and CD. I didn't want the vinyl. There was well over 100 people in line and nearly everyone in the store at 6 am went there solely for the Taylor Swift stuff. Otherwise, there was barely anyone in the store that was not there for Taylor. The swifties got their items and left. So clearly this tactic from target worked. Target wanted people in the store at 6 am. It worked. Many stores got hundreds of the book and many stores sold out of the vinyl very quickly, and now the vinyl is sold out online. So yes, this launch was a big draw. Shame people spend their hard earned money on a billionaire. 3
tost1 Posted yesterday at 05:53 AM Posted yesterday at 05:53 AM Buying a book of Taylor's photos? Why would anyone do that? 3

1989 Posted yesterday at 07:23 AM Posted yesterday at 07:23 AM 6 hours ago, Cruel Summer said: Oh dear, oh no, I guess that she will simply have to focus on the product that people conventionally want from her, the music Yeah, They did produce a lot, and to be honest, I think they probably produced too much, since it's hard to guesstimate her demand when it comes to a product that she hasn't been associated with before. It's probably going to be easy to find for anyone who wants one for a while, though we should acknowledge that most people who actually want a copy will have picked one up within a few weeks, so some copies may never sell. The vinyl, unfortunately for some people (me), is essentially completely out of stock nationally, and made it to that point before the end of the first day - suggesting they might have (severely) underestimated demand for that product, which is a little ironic when they did the opposite for the book This was pretty much my experience. When I went to my local Target Friday morning, I actually saw multiple people buying The Anthology vinyl, but tbh I didn't have to work to snatch up a tour book. It's such a niche product for Swifties, and if we're being honest, won't hold much interest for those that didn't attend Eras. And that's completely fine, because how many tour books have had enough demand to even be available at Target to begin with? On my way back into town that afternoon, I stopped back at Target for coffee and of course took a peak, and the vinyls were gone. She was never going to sell as many tour books, but it's clear people are still interested in her actual product, which is the music. 1
