She can still do a remix with Colleen Hoover to get all the teen girls to buy the unsold books :foxaylove2:

Maybe she should take a break for a decade or so.

Funny since all your posts are about her, I don't think her taking a break would stop you from mentioning her over and over

Corporate greed. The higher the supply the lower the demand.

a shopper who identified herself only as Sharon D. to protect her privacy walked up to the singer's front-of-store display to grab three copies of the new book.

Given Swift's rabid fan base, Sharon was surprised to see how many books were still left by Friday afternoon. "Either they stocked up really good, or nobody is buying them," said Sharon.

Target probably produced so much product of this and the vinyl. I saw the Swifties stressing out over this but its gonna be in stock for YEARS. :deadbanana2:

Folks who purchased from the resellers should feel like fools. These books are on Mercari for like $160+ while still sitting on shelves for $40 retail

Oh dear, oh no, I guess that she will simply have to focus on the product that people conventionally want from her, the music

Yeah, They did produce a lot, and to be honest, I think they probably produced too much, since it's hard to guesstimate her demand when it comes to a product that she hasn't been associated with before. It's probably going to be easy to find for anyone who wants one for a while, though we should acknowledge that most people who actually want a copy will have picked one up within a few weeks, so some copies may never sell.

The vinyl, unfortunately for some people (me), is essentially completely out of stock nationally, and made it to that point before the end of the first day - suggesting they might have (severely) underestimated demand for that product, which is a little ironic when they did the opposite for the book :rip:

It's doing great but I don't see why would the casuals and gp want it, that quanity should've been for the vinyl since every branch ran out of stock in the matter of few hours… republic has been incompetent and ****** up when it comes to her time after time after time over the past five years, yet still hasn't learned their lesson, I don't understand how an indie label used to manage demand, yet the biggest label in the world(?) can't…

Facts.

Tour books lack the magic if you didnt experience the show for yourself

Lowkey she kinda needs at least one of her products to not do as well as expected, I feel like she's gotten too used to being able to literally sell anything to her fans no matter how many times she repackages the same thing

Most of her fans haven't yet reached reading level.

the tour book looks pointless to me. it's truly, purely a cash grab. I'm not surprised even the most rabid swifties are seeing through this.

what a waste of paper & ink.
