Not entirely. There was a hype to get Brenda her #1 for a few reasons and now that she has it it'll just have it's organic points. Plus, Mariah will release 50-11 more variants and keep her at bay. If Mariah can tie Lil nas x and Shaboozey this year and break it next year then I'm sure she'll let up on extra things and I hope Wham's Last Christmas gets a shot...even if Mariah remixes it to get to the top spot.
