Uk rules are best, we have rules against both long running number 1s, don't include radio and only allowed 3 songs per album to chart unless singles in own released version 

How about this for a compromise: Let's keep the album tracks, but introduce an ACR rule. This would keep the charts as fresh as possible (as the ACR would prevent songs from dominating the top of the charts, and album tracks would wash away songs that are months past their peak).
