I'm surprised no one had pointed out how Ariana looks at Cynthia and almost tries to signal to her to start crying like they have in other interviews. 

 

Tbh, I think these two are so hopped up on Adderall and completely exhausted. They have been doing this since (at least) the Super Bowl which was nearly a year ago.

a podcast i listen to discussed this press run and they noted how Ariana always emulates the people she's around. i think that's why the vibe has been so weird with all these interviews and timeline wise it matches perfectly with when they started production, she's been acting like this for a while now.

I watched their lie detector ... interview/episode and something about her felt off to me. They could chill with this press tour already because both of them are not so entertaining imo, like I didn't find out too much about the musical itself from what I watched but I understand this is their Oscar campaing more than movie promo I guess
