The first time Beyoncé dropped out due to her pregnancy and Gaga was chosen as a replacement under short notice (and in the middle of filming A Star is Born). The second time she was supposed to do a secret set on the weekend of Chromatica's original release (also debut performances of Rain on Me with Ariana and Sour Candy with BLACKPINK) but covid happened. It's been a long-time coming for Gaga to get a chance to do a properly planned festival show tbh.

Last time she got less time because Beyonce was supposed to do it but she popped out a baby few days before so gaga got very less time to prepare.

You can't call him because he tried to report Gaga to the authorities for 'excessive success' so his cell service is banned as well now. And you can't facetime him either because he maxed out his data streaming DWAS in secret.
