If The Anthology's physical release is locked to Target for the first week in the US, this is almost certainly just its wider retail release, staggered for more weeks at #1 if commercial response is strong. At best, there will be an exclusive variant for local retailers.

I mean, Rosé announced her album via The Black Label twitter on October 1st, while Taylor announced the Anthology's release on October 15th via her insta

 

So technically, Rosé didn't choose to release it after Taylor announcement
