a performance can have 0 error but still MEH and that's it... yall don't have to find any hide reason or something... just accept other people's opinion.... it was boring kinda lifeless you don't have to find any excuse to push this opinion down just bc you don't like it...if you like  the performance good for you some people don't.

I have replayed it so many times now, Bucking is such a highlight tbh and Blue did very well (I also love how she changed the lyrics of THE to include Blue's name).

I still expect "Me and my man crossed those" to come when she's doing Jolene. :dies: It would have been an even bigger slay.

I understand you were not pleased, but don't let that derail you from buying tour tickets.

A little birdie told me she's gonna have someone vomit paint on her during her shows, since that's more your speed.

Did she even sing live? Anyway, a very lifeless performance. And the clear Rihanna inspired staging..not an ounce of originality in her bones. :rip:

Do you think Rihanna dreamed up the staging plan for her halftime show?

I love how she blended elements of her iconic Homecoming, RWT, and Formation @ Superbowl performances for this

So besides the last 30 seconds of the performance, which part reminded you of…Rihanna? :jonny2:

That's the problem. It was too flaw-free, feels plastic.

The fact that THIS performance was flaw free (your words) just proves how far ahead Beyoncé is from literally EVERYBODY else

What a great problem to have

Beyoncé, the standard. We're 27 years in mind you!

Boring. Tacky.  Lifeless. Dead in eyes.  She looks overweight and her face is bloat. Is it surgery or  just extra weight? Also, I'm not here for her nepo baby. It's boring now. It was cute at first.

Everything she does now is pretentiously over the top but lacks the authentic art touch. The way everyone forces you to think this is top tier is hilarious.  How is she Grammy tier. She's so boring and her music gets worse with every offering. God no

edit. Why does she keep appropriating white beauty  standards. That awful blonde wig. Girl is losing touch with reality

I love how her #other fans are in this thread. It must suck seeing Taylor do the patty cake to "ME!"  and then go around and spend another $150 on 4 different Vinyls just for there to be one extra song on it. :deadbanana2:

Also, the Monsters chiming in. I'm sorry she didn't put Cowboy Carter an*l beads up for sale. I'm sure Gaga is already working on it though, so don't worry. Just remember to d*wsh. :deadbanana2:

Yes, promoting your album is historically how people get to learn the songs, which is what she's doing.

The way you're clocking these trolls :deadbanana2:

I thought it was absolutely fantastic. I consider Ya Ya to be true start of the live portion of the performance. She hit some great choreo, loved the transitions, vocals, her costume, Blue. Texas sounded and looked great live - she killed that portion as well as Buckin and Ya Ya.

Nothing about the performance was "meh". Objectively. If this was "meh" to you, I'm finding it hard to believe you like any Lady Gaga performance at all.

You don't like the music and that's ok. There's nothing much else to it.

Because she was lifted from the ground? Do you think Beyoncé is influenced by Rihanna? Why?

I mean maybe that's why they collaborated haha, and they're two of my faves ❤️.

I did love the performance but the pre-recorded vocals were throwing me off a little, although it is a well known fact she always sings live on tour and this kind of playback is something very common and sometimes even mandatory in this type of events so, don't try and come for her as if your fave had never lip synced :rip:.
