Taylor fanboy Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Well, we're mostly adults and (almost) anonymous here. Share your pay raise/hike and bonuses this year in % of your annual salary. I wanna see something coz the company I work for has been the pits this year end. Industry: Pay raise in %: Year-end bonus in %:

Employers still try to retaliate or dissuade workers from doing so nonetheless Edited November 13 by stochastic 1
Capris Groove Posted November 13 Posted November 13 After 10 years in corporate finance I have run screaming for my life to another field where I don't have to sit through inane meetings, sit in an ugly cubicle all day, and pretend to be a robot who only cares about the bank's profit. So my raise this year will be zero I fear. 3
Kavish Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Not sure about year-end bonuses yet, but I've got a raise of 25% on my monthly salary this year so far.
gettsleazy Posted November 13 Posted November 13 I work in the government-adjacent non-profit industry. We get performance raises and CoL (cost of living) raises each year. Performance raises only happen if you kill it though, a lot of my coworkers only get the CoL, but my team and I usually qualify for performance raises (we also work in the department that has the most front-facing stuff going on, so we kind of have an unfair advantage lol). We get performance bonuses too, 10-15% of salary on years we really deliver, which I know is not standard for the industry. I think the CoL raises across the board were like, 3.4% last year? Wonder if this is standard in other industries.
ONOPKA Posted November 13 Posted November 13 my payrise in my firm was 23% (promotion also) however in professional services the bonuses are the pits so let's not go there
