two Elizabeth sparkle doesn't make the substance pls

and what saved this movie is Demi and Margaret's acting there. ENOUGH.

The point of the movie is to present a younger and prettier version of someone after he/she takes the substance. I'm afraid Gaga doesn't have what is necessary for that

Can't see Madonna doing the monster thing at the end of the movie :rip:

No, imagine Madonna doing the mirror scene smearing makeup all over her stiff filler filled face and not being able to emote.

Doesn't Demi Moore look too good for her age too? Lol

I know this is a joke thread but Demi looks amazing so I'm not sure what the point of the movie was but anyway.

I'd say Katy Perry and a younger counterpart would fit the role better in the movie tbh. I'm surprised she didn't make a song about it with a music video instead of Woman's World :intoit:

Except Madonna and Gaga are making no waves. Would be better with someone who had a massively public flop like Katy and someone who is on the come up like chapel

they couldnt survive week 1

No :biblio:

Madonna and Britney if made in the early 2000s would be perfect, though.

2024s GaGa is not exactly the "look" that a Sue version of Madonna had to be and Madonna ha poor acting skills would turn everything into a silly comedy. Bad idea all around :rip:

Talentless celebrities don't win the approval from well respected and world renowed EGOT winners Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, hon.

and that's before I mention 10x Oscar winner, Alan Parker.

i am so disappointed to see that this conversation was used as an excuse to bodyshame two powerful, beautiful legends

disappointed but not surprised i guess

in order to do that, Madonna should learn how to act first.

The not so subtle shade on Gaga's looks :rip: just contributing to the same misogynistic environment The Substance was set in
