While we can agree  that rarely MPGs have bombed this hard with a lead single (I can't think of anything besides Woman's World, Accelerate…), I doubt the general public even really knows Disease or hates it to the point that they would completely and definitely stop paying any attention to Lady Gaga

i just want her to release a different song that's catchier and more radio friendly but keeps Gaga's signature weirdness (please zombie bride/zombified/whatever). This song is good, but not for radio. It's for the fans for sure. Just not a good "comeback" song imo :( I do love it!! but that's my opinion.
