I do think Chappel has it in the bag. Sabrina would also deserve it but her being a musician for 10 years will probably turn some votes away. It kinda feels weird giving her a best new artist award 

 

Raye should have been nominated last year, she literally didn't release anything this year besides a single droplet

I'd give it to Sabrina but Raye will get it. After 2024 the main focus is on giving more artists at least one award. Sabrina and Chapell will get  one in a different category most likely
