PYT Posted Monday at 06:52 AM Posted Monday at 06:52 AM Here are the nominees for ROTY: The Beatles - Now and Then Beyoncé - Texas Hold 'Em Sabrina Carpenter - Espresso Charli xcx - 360 Billie Eilish - Birds of a Feather Kendrick Lamar - Not Like Us Chappell Roan - Good Luck, Babe! Taylor Swift & Post Malone - Fortnight They apparently haven't lost any of their nominations since 1997 and maybe people would vote it for the nostalgia? There are also huge records competing with each other in the nominations so the votes would split and The Beatles would get the advantage from this. It'll kinda be like when Bonnie Raitt won SOTY with Just Like That... 1 1
AshleyLovescats887 Posted Monday at 06:55 AM Posted Monday at 06:55 AM If they do, I am calling Yoko to finish them off 1 10

Melancholy Posted Monday at 07:27 AM Posted Monday at 07:27 AM How the **** did it get nominated? **** The Beatles man, white mediocrity wins again unfortunately 7 3
pigeon Posted Monday at 07:46 AM Posted Monday at 07:46 AM Abba was nominated last year or the year before that, they didn't win. The Beatles has more of an impact in US but I still don't see it for them.

There's Beatlemania but no ABBAmania Wiki says they have won 3/4 of the general field: Best New Artist ✅ Album of the Year ✅ Song of the Year ✅ I fear ROTY is next 👀 Edited Monday at 10:43 AM by PYT

aotwbys Posted Monday at 01:02 PM Posted Monday at 01:02 PM It 100% could win a Grammy imo, the creation process was anything but standard lol
John Slayne Posted Monday at 01:04 PM Posted Monday at 01:04 PM there's at least 5 songs that are more deserving on that list...

Daddy Posted Monday at 01:38 PM Posted Monday at 01:38 PM Nah, Not Like Us or Good Luck, Babe need to win. Those are the songs of 2024. I think they will give it to that awful Beyonce car commercial song.
