Should the Grammys change its name to Taylorammyoncé award?

Should it?

The Grammys do not feel fair. I mean you have Beyoncé nominated ANYWHERE POSSIBLE.

Bodyguard (a Bey song that no one has heard of) over the acclaimed and commercial smash that was We Can't Be Friends? in Best Pop Vocal Performance?

So she got nominated in both Country and Pop and even Rap??? :skull: it feels so greedy this way.

We can't be friends video also got snubbed and this is your Best Music Video noms:

It's like they will nominate anything Taylor related.

At this point they are not even trying to hide it anymore.

I used to be a Bey stan from DIL all along to Lemonade, but now I am considering to take her off my sig.

So you hate Beyoncé because she gets nominated for Grammys that she doesn't win? Yeah take her off your "stan list". And keep that energy for Billie Eilish and Bruno mars who actually win everything they're nominated for. Me personally I don't hate people for winning stuff or for being nominated.

And if you really wanna go there best pop VOCAL performance Beyoncé WASHES Ariana's vocals in that basic ass song. When Ariana gets back to actually SANGING then maybe she'll get more noms.

Why are some awards so important to you? Yea for an artist I understand it's honourable to have a grammy blah blah blah but is it that serious to you? Sounds a bit problematic

I edited. I was hoping no one would know that I'm Beyoncé. But thank you for calling me that. You are too!

Another person, who is on a music forum, does not know how Best Pop VOCAL performance award works, it is not about the vocals. The meaning of the award is "A pop record that has people's vocals on it". It'a about the overall record l, not based on the Vocals.

And Bodyguard is better than We Can Be Friends where? We all know she got nom's for Best Pop Vocal Perf because she is Beyonce not because of the song. If Bodyguard was sung by someone else, you think it would be nom'd?

Yup she has been a Grammy darling since day 1, we all know why. She has had connections even before she was 10. After her dad it's JayZ.

Ariana is not just as big of a name as Taylor and Beyonce are. The academy members will always remember their works either it flop or succeed.

Ariana released a solid record but has been forgotten because she was overshadowed by the successes of other  popgirls (Billie, Sabrina, Chapelle and Charli)

Yet she never got nominated for AOTY until 11 years into her career and has only won a major category once. Why do you think those "connections" aren't giving her the award she really desires? You do know it's peer voted right? People vote for what they like and she's consistently the most critically acclaimed and talked about artist of our lifetime. Seethe. Maybe when your favorite starts to put their all into every project maybe, just maybe, they too can have the insane album run Beyoncé has had. Unfortunately, most of gworls want to be Rihanna ceo copycats or actors. Thankfully, my fave can multitask but always puts music first.

It's very transparent at this point.

So a Beehive is telling me that Beyonce did not want that and made MANY attempts but FAILED, so she stopped trying :lmao:She tried so many times but got rejected by the film community and the audience many times until she knew that it'a not for her :lmao:

How did she fail when her box office numbers out gross all your faves? I'm now having a hard time believing that you are Beyoncé fan in the first place and this post was meant to bring haters together to drag her for being successful and you failed miserably.

Ok so now you are trying to say that Beyoncé is a successful actress. Nice try.

And yes I have bought all of her CDs and vinyl except Cowboy Carter.

You guys need to wake up for life. Ariana's era was a total non-event. It came and went. She was overshadowed by basically EVERY pop girl who released this year. Even Katy's release generated more discussion than Ariana.
