Didn't you remember what happened that week? Brat all of a sudden got a massive increase in its predicted sales. Out of nowhere. But by the time the chart came out it was revised down to the originally predicted amount. They absolutely tried to scam.

A lot of fan bases united to mass buy the album that week, maybe they reduced a bunch of digital albums from the same IP's, we'll never know. Billboard filter Sales like this all the time, Dua stans sure know about this.
