Apparently it's true. HDD put Brat at around 155K units and then Billboard filtered around 50K units (105K). Something about her always seemed off to me. I mean her and Billie getting together to take a jab at Taylor allegedly for getting blocked and then she does actual fraud? Yikes! Brat was my favourite album of the year but this definitely changes how I see her as person.

First of all, if you think CHARLI herself was behind the fraud... you are so dumb. It's the LABEL doing it. Charli likely had nothing to do with it. I just watched the whole video and Jellyroll can't even remember the amount of tracks on his own album. "20 something songs" he says, now that's embarrassing talking about your own work that you created that you should know inside & out.

HDD put Brat at 156K and then Billboard filtered out sales and put it at 105K units. That's 51K units. They did the same with Paris Hilton.

I mean for sure there was something fishy, because how HDD could report that it was a "super close battle" and then the album appears with 40-50k less than predicted on Billboard... and at #3 If it was a 5-10k difference then ok, but it's just too much. HDD barely misses with their projections

 

Not to mention Billboard reported the official sales a day later (?) than the usual, most likely for a recount. I don't know if she/Atlantic indeed bought these copies but something happened for sure behind the scenes.

HDD NEVER had or showed Brat at 156k. All they said was "it's too close to call" and they did NOT release their chart that weekend. They waited until Billboard posted, then HDD revealed their chart on Monday. Know your facts before spewing lies.
