I'm highly suspecting that Iran will see a regime change in coming years.
 

I'm highly mixed regarding the return of the Pahlavi dynasty (if they do). On one hand, human rights will improve from the present regime but also make Iran a new ally for Israel.

This implies institutions like Hezbollah and Assad will collapse and Israel will take over not just Palestine but also Lebanon and Syria


Trump wanted a regime change in Iran during his first term, but the Democrat win in 2020 derailed his plans.

Since then, he has claimed he doesn't want that but I highly doubt it the way Israel is wiping out Iranian allies left and right.

Israelis are very adamant on a regime change in Iran since the last few weeks now.


The Iranian Americans I have interacted with are very mixed on the prospect. While they do want a secular democratic Iran, they are also against becoming a puppet ally of Israel
