I just come to remember how Swifties were so sure she'd sway the votes towards Kamala with her endorsement and that she broke some sort of record for registration when she put up a link after she announced her endorsement only for it to backfire now not only proving she's not that impactful after all but also that it was for literal nothing. So to answer your question: No, I don't think she is capable and I also don't think she'd win against Trump too.
