I find it disturbing that some people are claiming racism, misogyny, homophobia,violence and offensive behavior were somehow "normal" "the standard" in the early 2010s and wanna give him-everyone a pass for it. 
 

Sorry but .......That was not normal even if we didnt have a cancel culture back then —speaking as someone who was young back then, the same age as Tyler, and active on social media like early Twitter, Facebook, and MySpace. Only people with really awful attitudes-bullies-people who were disgustin acted like that.  Stop normalizing problematic pasts
 

Even in those days of less Social activism, there were some standards of decency, and such comments were considered offensive. Maybe that behavior was more accepted in certain places like the United States? dont know how your culture is there, but in my country, and as I remember globally, that kind of talk was not okay. You could get in big trouble for sayin stuff like that on social media.
 

So, please stop making excuses like "he was just a teen." Besides, Tyler was no longer a teen—he was already around 18, 19, or 20 years old by 2011. He was a young adult.
