It definitely can improve, but she has a good voice, that's a fact.

She isn't a particularly great singer, but she always sounds nice.

 

She is somewhere right in the middle of Taylor and Ariana's vocal abilities and the way her tone sounds. Her voice always actually reminded me of a mix of those two.
