Gays will never be the most loyal fan base. Women are the most loyal fan base.

Gays kept Madonna, Kylie Minogue and Cher just to name a few going for decades.

Even if he is non-straight, the timing is a little sus cause his new music is making zero noise. I'm not saying that there's a "right" moment for anyone to come out (or that "coming out" in general should even be a thing, but that's another story) but he knows damn well this clip will be shared across every corner of stan world so.. :michael: We've seen all types of shenanigans happen for an engagement boost.

damn he really can't win :gaycat6:

Here comes the buss**s thinking that they have a chance, even if he does "come out."

He's a very basic and average looking white man to me so I'm glad he's not my type

I'm sorry but some of y'all are absolutely disgusting with your comments.

It's obvious that this is something he doesn't want brought up by the public, and yet because of the constant speculations and conversations about his sexuality, he's forced to say something when he's clearly not ready to talk about it. And then when he says something, it's "queerbaiting" or "attention-seeking". He really cannot win with y'all. I empathize with Shawn cos I know how it feels to be in the closet for the longest time (if he even is LGBT) and to have people speculating on your sexuality (I myself haven't come out yet). To think some of you guys are part of the community and y'all are treating him like this. People need to just leave him alone and keep their thoughts to themselves.

I'm not one of those who insisted he was anything other than straight. I really don't care. I just don't like how his sexual orientation is potentially being used as a marketing ploy to boost his career, even if he is indeed on the queer spectrum.

Of course the gays are the first ones to force him to come out :rip:

`Hey now I might give the album a listen, good for him for embracing his truth

Buddy, we got you. It's hard at first but not as hard as you eventually like it. Live your truth.

Maybe I'm a little ignorant but I don't understand why it's so hard for some people to just be themselves. You live in the USA, not in Iran or Russia. There should be no more closet. It's sad that sexuality still seems to be such a big topic for many. I have never come out of the closet. I've always been open and myself and if you don't like it, bye.

Natural Floppage leads to coming out of the closet

or queerbaiting, it's obvious he is desperate at this point

Let him figure it out. One look at ATRL bochums and he will revert back to straight

I bet Miss Camilla pushed him over the edge to come to this realisation

No way he's gay if he's already been with women

He can be gay and still have been with women.

Shawn got popular during a time when labels were reriding the Justin hearthrob wave (esp after Purpose since Justin had a new surge in popularity). His audience was ALWAYS supposed to be solely teenage girls. He probably got that smashed into his head every chance his label and team got. When you are marketed that way day in day out, that's gonna mess with your brain. You're gonna be wired to think that anything other than that is ''wrong'' or ''too risky''.

The only reason he can do it now, regardless or if it's true or not, is because the climate is much milder post-Harry Styles and Lil Nas X.

Is it a coincidence that he opens up about this when he's already flopping left and right?

I guess he doesn't have a image to protect anymore.

Anyways, it's very clear that this whole ordeal is orchestrated by his label / by his team. Sabrina, Shawn and Camila all releasing so closely to each other is not a coincidence at all. Labels literally time this **** to maximize profit off of speculation and clicks.

I'm not saying Shawn couldn't be bisexual or whatever, but the timing of it is way too suspicious, especially considering his career has been massively declining

I wish to never hear about his sexuality, not from bullied bitter gay guys who want to dump their trauma on everyone they think deserves it, not from anybody else
