not being biased I think she definitely could. It reminds me of something that could have been on Art Angels.  People saying she lacks the talent are insane. You can hate her all you want but Grimes literally produces and creates most of her music on her own. Her brain might be fried but she is talented.

Yes, easily. Just because she's said a couple questionable or dumb things or liked some weird things on Twitter doesn't mean she isn't immensely talented. Visions, Art Angels, and Miss Anthropocene make it abundantly clear that she can create things of a caliber that most other pop artists would never even have in their discographies, let alone make primarily themselves. I think she'd be a great fit on a track like this if only she felt like making one.
