trainsskyscrapers Posted October 27 Posted October 27 (edited) No. Beyonce is one of a very small handful of women to debut an entire project on the Hot 100 (TSwift, B, Adele, Ariana, Cardi, Billie, Olivia, Sabrina Carpenter), and that group becomes only her and Taylor when you get to the 3-album bomb mark. If Gaga has 100M+ monthly listeners on Spotify, I expect her to debut the entire album. Also, for B to be 8 albums in and never drop below 300K units is no small feat. Again, with that many monthly listeners, and a return to BTW-sounding music, expectations are high for first-week numbers. Since Chromatica, Beyonce has added 3 #1s / 6 Top 10s (4 solo ).... let's just say that Lady Gaga has miles to climb. Edited October 27 by trainsskyscrapers 1
ericcartman Posted October 27 Posted October 27 Poor Gaga, that user always trying to set her up. First rihanna, now Beyonce. Shall we just put him out of his misery and make the "if disease smashes is Gaga and Taylor on the same level" thread?
Queenyoncee Posted October 27 Posted October 27 No and she will never be. Beyoncé is a living legend with a much bigger career. She sold more albums, singles, has won more awards, more acclaim, more longevity, bigger touring artist, bigger impact and many other things.
Starshine Posted October 27 Posted October 27 They're on the same level if Beyonce walked down flights of stairs, if that's what you're asking.
