cos it's her lead single duh and she's not exactly "heavy" promoting it. 

 

She's not even called in to any radio shows or shows or performed...

wow play listing is really pushing it....

katy couldn't even get a top 10 with A COLLAB. 

at least DWAS may go number 1 on Monday on billboards.

Disease reached top 10 in UK charts. 

 

katy hasn't had a solo top 10 since 2013 in the uk
