It's an art form, honestly. What's the point of being nice to the Liddos if you can't also (credibly, I need to add) get in a good whack or two for the one's who deserve it? I have a lot of love for GaGa in my heart, but some of the girls using her picture are just... deserving of more than they ever get.

I would be very curious to know how many streams the #1 song on Today's Top Hits actually gets from that playlist. Streams derived from editorial playlisting as a whole have decreased hugely from the tea I've been privy to. I know that for some of the mid range playlists sometimes people are getting only a few hundred streams per day. So for a much bigger one if it's a similar ratio it might only really be like 50k plays daily or so. Yeah TTH has like 40M followers, but how many of those followed years ago, forgot about it and never bother to use it?

The point is it's the playlist that gives the most exposure on the whole service so Disease will be getting amazing promo now. And I'm not sure I've ever seen a song atop the TTH playlist that didn't have big streams. 

 

Someone will be MAD mad when they see this.

Genuinely asking- what is y'all's criteria for a "solo hit?" Cause "Million Reasons," "Always Remember Us This Way," and "Stupid Love" all have multiplat certs in multiple countries and two of them went top 5. What threshold does she have to pass atp?
