Cheap Thrills 9.0 Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Who would have thought that a song titled Disease would not smash 1
BlueBlue Posted October 29 Posted October 29 It's her "daisies"! Next one for do what you want (feat. R. Kelly) chanteuse is her 143 era! 4 1
rickycabello123 Posted October 29 Posted October 29 what went wrong what went wrong?' ofc because no music video, no performances, barely promote 1
Atlantis Posted October 29 Posted October 29 The song was never gonna smash because its not very GP friendly but a debut outside of top 40 is still insane wtf It's Lady Gaga... and her fans love the song. The no promo excuse is... it's 2024, are there still people who think a morning show performance is peak promo? 2

Bends Posted October 29 Posted October 29 I'm going to take a few days off, it's really hard to keep an eye on this flop. It feels like you're watching a crime story. 3 8 2

Youtube is dead for American artists and barely anyone cares about traditional performances outside of specific events. Gaga promoted Harlequin with performances and it still flopped hard Spotify playlisting, radio deals and viral social media interest is what makes a hit these days and Gaga is failling at all of these despite her label pushing it 1 4
Popular Post Kylie Jenner Posted October 29 Author Popular Post Posted October 29 Following this single is like watching someone kick a corpse. Of a child. With no arms or legs. Just awful. Prayers to all involved on Gar's side. 25 1
Human Fly Posted October 29 Posted October 29 (edited) The way Katy's lead single Daisies peaked inside Top40 from Smile era without TTH placement and without radio deal… We really fell off that much?? Edited October 29 by Human Fly 2

I personally find it awful and i'm not surprised it's flopping But we'll have to agree to disagree when it comes to promo. I do find it weird that they didn't release the clip for it the same day but i don't think it would've made much difference. The GP is clearly just not connecting with it.

CBC Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Okay little monsters we just need to sit tight and wait for the freeze to be over. Don't forget covid-19 also took around 3 months to become a full global phenomenon 5

So if Gaga can't outdebut Katy coming off of the Witness era, then what does that say about Gaga? 18 2
