so yes, they are on the same boat far behind the one with Taylor, Beyonce and others that are still-relevant in 2024.

This is the main problem with liddos. Artists like Beyonce, Taylor, even Rihanna despite not releasing anything, etc. (all of whom debuted before her) have moved ahead and have successfully shifted into going head to head with the next generation of pop girls. Meanwhile liddos still get giddy and happy that GaGa is doing better numbers than Katy Perry, someone whose mainstream music career has been dead for years.
