It's inevitably getting bumped down on TTH tomorrow, but I wonder how much... My guess is #9-#11

It's 2024 and Liddos still think "Katy is a flop" is a drag to KatyKats :ahh:

Let me set this clear

Katy's a fad and so is Gaga

WW was a BOMB and so is Disease

If you think they're on the same level, I don't know what to tell you.
I guess whatever helps you sleep at night.

Spoiler

Billboard's Greatest Pop Stars of the 21st Century: No. 5 — Lady Gaga

With her explosive emergence in the late '00s, Gaga raised the bar for all facets of pop superstardom, while her continued evolution has kept her vital into the 2020s.

If someone says "both Houdini and Disease flopped" it doesn't mean they said those two songs are "on the same level" :michael:

It would simply mean both flopped and it would be true :michael:

Someone getting so defensive and triggered over such a statement should explore why they are so desperate to point out "but they are not the same level!" :michael:

I was talking about Katy and Gaga being 'on the same level.'
Now you can explore why you have trouble reading.

Sheesh :rip: is this the hardest bomb on TTH or is it Small Talk?

Now c'mon, it's not even the hardest TTH bomb of the last 4 weeks. It's obviously going way down there tonight with the update

OT: Flopping with quality, but deserved numbers given the rollout. Let's hope we'll have a proper era in 2025 :bird:

we want #143 on US Spotify 200 then

maybe the first position of the TTH is not helping since spotify banners are green and kinda bigger than the first names there and maybe the GP is not seeing disease there, cause the pic of lady gaga is in grey and the contrast is not helping. maybe the placement is the problem.

Make Gaga Green Again :khalyan2:

I do think DWAS, Harlequin and Joker 2 killed any pent up anticipation for new Gaga material. And especially Harlequin being so underwhelming. If this had come out without any of that and video and CDs out the first week, it would've debuted in the Top 15 and we wouldn't be having these discussions.

Dont count her out until the album drops. She still has a loyal fanbase.

This flop has more to do with the song being terrible than Gaga herself. She had great exposure between JFAD and DWAS, it was a perfect storm/illusion, but Deceit is a bad song and nobody is really enjoying it. She blew it. :michael:

It doesn't sound like anything that would smash in the U.S. Look at the charts right now. Women are listening to that Gracie Adams ****.

If she wants a solo hit then she needs to hop on the country trend or do another cheesy karaoke type ballad. If this is actually the music she wants to make then good for her. But it won't be a hit based on the current music climate.

She already fell below that and she's not going up. :sorry:
