Dancehall Queen Posted October 26 Posted October 26 They're clearly friends. They were just joking around.
Heyromeoready2go Posted October 26 Posted October 26 I think demonstrating boundaries and enforcing them is GREAT. Honestly the most exciting development I've seen in the pop world in awhile. If we, as a culture, ever move past parasocial relationships with musicians, it will be because of stars like Chappell. Anyone talking **** about this is simply mirroring their own parasocial obsessions with people who will never know their names. 1 8 3
Onyxmage Posted October 26 Posted October 26 (edited) Why is she so bothered all the time? Edited October 26 by Onyxmage 1

jeffersonairplanes19 Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Don't care how long it takes to get an op back! https://x.com/popflophq/status/1849996531556024502?s=46 1
Calvin Posted October 26 Posted October 26 She should skip the red carpet, just attend the event. Didn't she hate fame or camera? 1

Cosmic Explorer Posted October 26 Posted October 26 So it was a photographer she had a negative interaction with before? Her "Welcome to Bangkok" moment is inevitable omg

commander Posted October 26 Posted October 26 She's every right to call out that photographer as many times as she pleases. I would call out my bullies every time I saw them in public too 2 2
QueenB Posted October 26 Posted October 26 didnt the original guy who "yelled at her" at the VMA's was actually yelling at another photographer for being rude? 1
taylamour Posted October 26 Posted October 26 I would just ignore them at this point. They're going to continue trying to provoke her if she reacts since it'll get them clicks. 2
Buffy Posted October 26 Posted October 26 How has she had fans all these years? Is this how she is all the time?
GraceRandolph Posted October 26 Posted October 26 People saying she's asserting boundaries? What? How? She's going out of her way to hash out old drama on a red carpet, and it's petty af. You can't just use some pseudo psychological language and expect everyone to put up with ha. 3 1
Pavement Princess Posted October 26 Posted October 26 On a so serious note, I do not feel bad for this girl. There's a clear power imbalance between a mega star and a lackey paparazzi photog lol. They're all there to do a job and play the game, hence why she's walking these carpets to show face and make headlines to begin with, and yet she feels the need to pull a 'boss *****' move on randoms for what? 3 1
Jack! Posted October 26 Posted October 26 I actually do respect her for confronting someone who clearly wasn't very nice to her in the past. 1
Axolotl Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Didn't she hate fame? Why is she out here on red carpets and trying to get photographed?
Velvet Night Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Omg I would not want to cross her! She stands on business
