Why has this record only been reached starting 3 years ago? Is it because radio has become less adventurous and more inclined to latch onto a select few reliable artists and spam them nonstop?

my guess would be that artists usually would only release singles a few months apart whereas now an artist would release a new single at more frequent rate. In the list, Planet Her and Harry's House singles were kinda close together!
