Vixen Eyes Posted October 9 Posted October 9 (edited) the greatest hits would end at Dark Horse. she would benefit more from a Best Of rather than a Greatest Hits Edited October 9 by Vixen Eyes 1

Roar is the highest certified female song of all-time in the US, 15x Platinum. Royals is 14x Platinum. 1

RatGod Posted October 9 Posted October 9 As a physical media collector, I think this would be a cool idea for some artists to do. Vinyl is not cheap and I don't really want to buy whole albums for artists that I really only like the singles from. I'd consider getting a KP GH album, even if I don't really care for her sonically and personally nowadays. I know that GH albums are generally supposed to span all their albums, but that last one is a sneak
ATRL Moderator MissedTheTrain Posted October 9 ATRL Moderator Posted October 9 It would! Even though Greatest Hits have kind of become outdated, I hope they make a comeback with how a few people have done vinyl only releases.
l3disko Posted October 9 Posted October 9 So basically a mix of her first two albums + Roar/Dark Horse?
popmusicisdead Posted October 9 Posted October 9 (edited) she could do a #1's album maybe pad it out with a remix or two. she could remove Firework and call it "Dr. Luke Presents: Katy Perry" Edited October 9 by popmusicisdead 2 1

Paddy Posted October 9 Posted October 9 They won't do that now. They just released that fancy Box set with the first three album and also repressed them separately. Now it's time for them to repress Witness in some fun colour variant. Smile already had many variants do I don't think they have to bother with that. I'd say they could do Lifetimes collection that will line up with the end of the tour next year and include tracks from this era too. But honestly, GH albums are kind of pointless nowadays so they better save the money and keep it for her next album.
Dante Posted October 9 Posted October 9 so it would just be singles from teenage dream and prism?? thats lackluster
