Please, Please, Please - 5 weeks

Taste - 6 weeks (coming for 7 weeks)

 

Espresso and PPP are non consecutive while Taste haven't fell of from the top since its release.

 

I would love to see a list of most successful eras by women in the UK based on weeks at #1 on the singles chart. Wonder if Short n Sweet is already the bigger since this will mark the 19 week at #1

I think her team will start pushing Bed Chem after Christmas, Taste still has life in radio which is one of the most important metrics to give longevity and even being #1. With the vinyls shipping on December 11th I really doubt they will do something for Bed Chem. But I know people will be perched to see the MV to give the song a new life and start smashing properly
