discussion How late are you willing to meet up with people to go out?

I'm 29 so prefer not to go out late much anymore and try to do evening plans. But if I do go out then 10:00 would be the latest

If I hang out with my boyfriend it's usually 9 pm to midnight, but our friends are just like the ones described in the OP, and considering I don't want to get home at 6am like they do, I only agree to hang out with them when we stay in our town, also because they just like to drink and club, while I really don't. When I hang out with other friends (which is some of the same group of people who share the same issue as me) it's like 10pm to 1/2am in the weeknds.

 

Also I prefer going out during the daytime in weekends because I think it's more enjoyable and you can do more than just drink and chat around.

My exact thoughts Except they don't sell alcohol here in stores past 8, so if we're meeting up at someone's house or pre-drinking I have to know before then

I genuinely don't think I've ever agreed to meet up with someone later than 7:30. 10:30/11pm is home time. If someone asked to meet up that late I'd think they were joking. I remember in uni getting back at like 3/4am after a night out and it basically wastes the entire next day. I can't be doing that anymore
