Can someone please clarify why Beyoncé needs permission or validation from anyone (from white men no less) to release a country album, perform it and receive nominations for it?

Beyoncé doesn't of course need any permission to release a country album. 

The fact is that Cowboy Carter is not a deserving album (in my opinion), country is something else...Women being mistreated in country is anothe thing, and it's pure fact
