roso Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Absolutely insane. That makes her the female artist with the most albums above 10M EAS (10/11 albums, evermore is at 9M EAS) 5 4
DevilsRollTheDice Posted October 3 Posted October 3 B-b-but no impact! No TTPD summer! How can this be? 3 2
Bloodflowers. Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Is this US based? How come Morgan Wallen has the biggest album in 2023?

Cruel Summer Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Oh TTPD you will always be famous The magnitude of this album's smashery is so beautiful. Hope it gets pushed even further with an Anthology sub-era this fall, but either way it's definitely making it to 20m units in relatively short order - probably by the 2 year mark? 5
Nick_317 Posted October 3 Posted October 3 B-B-But people are getting tired of herB-B-But she didn't capture the zeitgeist (whatever that means) 1
Trent W Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Wow so TTPD might end up being her 2nd biggest era ever? It's only been 6 months
Feanor Posted October 3 Posted October 3 10M units in 6 months is wild. She's gonna be the #1 artist on IFPI again huh? Jung Kook too, he smashed. The pop boy we deserve.

unison stan Posted October 3 Posted October 3 chartmasters actually doesn't report sales so it's not reliable but it probably sold nearly 8-10M since it has already 5-6M units in usa. her debuts being incredibly high does really help total units.
Ms. Togekiss Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Evermore about to clear 10M when we thought it would take 15 years to get there
byzantium Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Lover, Speak Now, and Reputation will all likely cross the 20M mark next year with Midnights and TTPD soon to follow. The depth and consistency to her catalogue is legendary. 2
Movimento Perpétuo Posted October 3 Posted October 3 Good for her but I am really surprised with Shakira in third lol
Calvin Posted October 3 Posted October 3 No other releases by female artists this year have reached TTPD's first day numbers yet. 1
