Nobody listens to Britney or Katy's album tracks. Those numbers are godawful.

That's what happens when catalogs age. What happened to common sense?

Britney is a flop and none of those songs are from the 90s.

The stupidity jumping out. Britney's top streamed non-single:

My Only Wish This Year - 325,843,139

Name another female pop artist who debuted before 2006 that has a B-side with that level of streams.

These are the Top 5 Album Tracks by some selected Popgirls sorted after daily streams on Spotify.

Tracks which got released this year are not included, cause it would be unfair comparing them to older songs.

Can you spot any surprises? If yes let us know

Britney:

1. Get Back - 35,845

2. Get Naked - 11,039

3. Breathe on Me - 9,694

4. (I Got That) Boom Boom - 7,425

5. Kill the Lights - 7,425

Britney's daily most streamed non-singles:

1. Toxic Pony - 53,414 (remix of a single)

2. Get Back - 35,674

3. S&M Remix - 24,714 (remix of another artist's single)

4. My Only Wish This Year - 22,288

5. Get Naked - 11,590

6. Breathe On Me - 10,159

7. Outrageous - 9,581

8. Toxic Y2K Remix - 8,308 (remix of a single)

9. I Got That Boom Boom - 7,545

10. Hold Me Closer Joel Corry Remix - 7,419

I love Kill The Lights, but you passed over a lot of Britney's non-singles to change her top 5.

Exile and Loveeee Song were single-format singles in the U.S. (Exile was triple AAA radio and Loveeee Song was released to R&B/Hip-hop formats).

Also really impressed with Haunted by Beyonce. Is that going viral on TikTok or something?

lol I would assume it's because it's October. Is it in Halloween themed playlists?

I tried to just keep it to album tracks, so I didn't include all those standalone remixes. And my wish this year definitly gets spammed on radio in my country so I also didn't include it (but kinda impressive streams for early october)

Tbh I learned from making this thread that it is pretty hard nowadays to define if a song was a single or not. Like some had radio play on an obscure radio format in france and are therefore a single and some others even had music videos and major playlisting but at the same time aren't. It was a headache to compile this list :toofunny2: I just browsed through kworb and included the songs I thought would fit with no bad intentions.
