They are still missing a lot of white incel music 

No black country new road, jpegmafia, little sims, Adrienne's solo albums, Denzell Curry and all the girlies are on top

It's a shitty list that doesn't really represent the 2020s music scene accurately so I agree mostly. I imagine a bulk of albums listed won't make their decade end list either.
