Her tours have always been the only acclaimed thing about her career. She can objectively put on a great show :michael:

Touring is bigger than ever, she should bask on it before it bursts for everyone

The Aussie Halftime show paid off :clap3:

Imagine being paid 9M + generating demand for your tour. Oh the businesswoman that you are Katherine :clap3:

Her demand is Adelaide is surprising. Tbf this is probably the first time a major pop act that isn't Pink has been to that city :rip:

Had she dropped another album and worked with another producer, she would have had a "Never not gonna dance again moment" like Pink.

not gonna help album sales but great to kick off a huge tour with more goodwill than now

Good thing she added the dates.

The Kesha comments are disgusting, not surprised.

N E Way, Kathy's run from OOTB to Prism was legendaric, of course people want to hear those hits.

I hope she keeps that in mind, she's a legacy act from now on.

A lot of people on this forum believe selling out shows equates being musically relevant still.

All you gotta have is a household name and a catalogue of hits so no this does not surprise me.

Most concerts are made of locals who probably haven't even heard the artist's latest album s:wan:

The insane obsession you guys have with Kesha in a thread where nobody was mentioning her and where nobody was shading Katy.

The masses of Katy stans camping under every Kesha-related post on Twitter accusing her of being a liar and dragging her for existing were already proof of this, but this entire uncalled-for chain of comments is a new low even for the ATRL Katy stans.

Just like your fave, you keep acting quite bothered about things that supposedly shouldn't have to bother you (particularly @AcidPrince who is exhibiting strong vibes of a 12 year-old kid).

No WONDER.mp3. The demand is there, always kinda was. Her tours and visuals are great and very well thought out.

I can't say the same about her musical output unfortunately.

It's so funny how y'all always play the victim, especially you, since you're in every Katy related thread, laughing and commenting to every Katy drag.

Kesha fans love to play the innocent after trying to drag Katy, you can see it with that user sebert.

Right, like that comment coming out of that user's mouth is the biggest irony :deadbanana2: The pot calling the kettle black, or however the saying goes.

Talking about Katy in threads about Katy ≠ bringing up Kesha out of nowhere in a thread about Katy :deadbanana:

Also, you ain't accusing anyone of "playing the victim" while your fave happily keeps employing a rapist…you don't wanna go down that route.

I'm not talking about Katy Perry in Kesha threads :bibliahh:

Well the capacity of that venue isn't big so I don't know if it's worth going there for most. But Katy very clearly wants to tour. This venue may only see like 6-8k people idk

Well Rod Laver in Melbourne holds like 10-14k and shes only doing 2 shows there & Sydney so her attendance in Adelaide will be more with the 3 shows despite Adelaide having a quarter of the population...

Whoever is surprised is delusional but it's not that big of a thing to brag about. The stage set up cuts 1000 GA tickets. 2 Sydney shows is maximum 28.000 tickets, 2 Melbourne shows max 24.000 tickets, 2 Brisbane shows max 20.000 tickets, 1 Perth show max 14.000 tickets, 3 Adelaide shows is max 24.000 tickets. Selling out 10 shows with 110.000 tickets (11.000 avg) is just fine. Obviously the tour is going to be a success and Katy always puts a great show, production always on point.
