She's def had lip fillers, but I don't see a nose job. She's always had a small defined nose... she also lost a lot of her baby fat so it's gonna look different. Believe it or not, our noses get smaller/bigger in relation to our weight... women especially have visibly different nose shapes when pregnant.

It's not a feeling, it's a fact. Filler is a needle injecting you hyaluronic acid which absorbs naturally, has to be done every 6 months, is not permanent, it's literally a 5 minutes procedure you can do any day and pretty much everybody does it (same goes for botox). Surgery is surgery, knives, operating room, permanent results, rehabilitation etc. If you think that's the same thing that's ignorance and nothing else
