Also so confused by these comments downplaying Katy's popularity in Australia like didn't she add more shows for the Australia leg of The Lifetimes Tour due to popular demand?

I love the set list! I was a bit worried about this being at an open roof stadium in daytime but it turned out great!

Just watched the show and it absolutely blew me away.

 

The way the world is trying to discard and dispose of her and she is saying absolutely NOT and absolutely elevating her performance and live vocal game.

 

Like i'm sorry to bring up this tired comparison but the most successful artist today, Taylor Swift, has never performed anything as impressive as what Katy has performed at the VMAs, Rock in Rio or at the AFL.

Another great performance. She really know how to put on the show. But wish the setlist is more diverse and different compare to VMA.

She can add Crush, Harley, NRO or Swish Swish to spice thing up

I watched this live and I love that the audience liked Lifetimes but the DEAD silence after Gorgeous killed me

What a foolish thing to gauge overall audience reaction with a few "laughing/silent" faces from the crowd. 

 

Anyway, the tour tickets are selling out. I'd say it was a smart move to coincide rolling out the dates in Australia with the AFL performance.

This was excellent! What a performer!  It's really hard to pull off a day show but she really did it! I even enjoyed Gorgeous for the first time, it's a whole new song now. I hope the tour is a success

Despite all the mess of this era... She's giving some of the best live performances of her career. If she keeps this up, she may be able to salvage her career as a legacy touring act.
