Australia doesn't really use her anymore. So it was strange to see Katy select her to perform along side. Can you tell more? I'm just curious.

She was very vocal about the covid lockdown laws, revealing she broke the rules during it, which pissed off basically the entire state of Victoria where she lives. Victoria had the most lockdowns in the entire country during covid. She was also appointed to the Australian Council Board in 2019 by our then Prime Minister (he is a huge fan), where she routinely had the worst attendance record of any board member, but continued to pocket her taxpayer funded salary of 35k a year over the four years. These days she's just seen as an entitled washed up has been who does nothing but complain.
homosexual_behaviour Posted September 28 Posted September 28 truly the greatest performer of her generation 1 5

MonsterNavy Posted September 28 Posted September 28 I enjoyed this. she's truly fabulous for a throwback she should release a GH or #1s album early 2025 and add 3-5 great unreleased TD/PRISM rejects and just completely abandon the tragic 143 era

Radical Pessimism Posted September 28 Posted September 28 Her early stuff is classics but they're so childish and silly. I don't find myself enjoying them in 2024. 1

I like Katy Perry, but I am realizing certain songs of hers (while still classics) sound very dated today. I would say especially Teenage Dream and I Kissed A Girl. Where the VERY underrated songs like Never Really Over and 365 would be amazing live for her Lifetimes tour.

Tbh most of the "cool" songs of today really don't seem to me so much mature. These annoying double standards Edited September 28 by FabForAThrowback 1 1
MonsterTown Posted September 28 Posted September 28 the first 2 page the OP reacting live in comments.. ugh day performance hate that.
XxxKatyCatxxX Posted September 28 Posted September 28 Amazing performance! Can't wait to see the tour visuals...
OnlyManInTheWorld Posted September 28 Posted September 28 Damn, what a great performance. Love that it wasn't lipped 1
DREAMERS Posted September 28 Posted September 28 She is absolutely killing it with the live performances this era.
Tistotal Posted September 28 Posted September 28 The squared division is still behind her performances right? Her last performances have been amazing, are in a very Britney 2016 mode, probably because of them Lifetimes you will always be my favorite!
bjorn Posted September 28 Posted September 28 Idk why but this performance really made me realise most of her songs are very childish...I cringed when she came in with Roar and the whole stadium is like straight middle age men with their wives..her music really did age badly. Her music career is really dead without 13-18 demographic from 15 years ago. 2 1
