Very true, but considering an album *is* coming out in 3 weeks, it's understandable that a lot of people are assuming these quotes pertain to said album.

That's normally how promo cycles work. At best, we get a quote like "I've already started writing!" like two months after a release, but to disclose the artistic direction of a future project, when you're promoting another one that comes out in 3 weeks, is (again) understandably confusing.

 

Edit: I'm also only just seeing the "for whatever's to come" line. I somehow missed that when I first opened the thread lmao
