She's too American, I don't know how to explain it

OT: well, at least she says she's not voting for Trash so...:michael:

She still needs a PR team tho. :gaycat7: so messy.

She's so beautiful. Rooting for her :gaycat4:

I know this has nothing to do with her statements or videos, but I'm going to say it anyway. Undecided/split voters in this election are 100% unserious and no one should care about their vote.

Considering I'm an immigrant... Weird thing to quote out of context, to an immigrant. Like, wow.

It's not weird at all. Your post suggested the quoted policies were unique to Trump.

I'm pointing out the irony that Harris is also literally supporting these very policies.

I think someone should just take social media away from her and BAN her from accepting interviews at least until after the election

I really get her feelings about fame and totally support her in that and think she's clearly very talented but now that I've actually heard her speak, she sounds so dumb and all she's doing is throwing a bunch of meaningless sentences around and sounding like an influencer. Everything she said meant absolutely nothing and she says there's nuance in what she says? Please.

she seems like that type of girl who wants to seem smarter than everyone else when, deep down, doesn't know what she's talking about

I find it annoying that liberals expect people to fawn over Kamala just because she's objectively better than Trump. I mean, yes, I'm still voting for Kamala, but I don't have to be enthusiastic about it. Chappell has been very vocal about her support for Palestine, so of course she isn't going to suddenly endorse someone who says Israel has the right to defend itself by slaughtering the people of Gaza  :deadbanana4:

She spent the entire video saying a bunch of nothing in regards to her own comments while urging people to use critical thinking skills.

I like Chappell, she seems to have a lot of integrity, but she can be very immature and shortsighted sometimes. Would you rather have Kamala who supports Israel yet wont become a dictator or crush equal rights in the United States? Or would you rather have Trump who will support Israel even harder than Kamala and set himself up as a right wing dictator that allows red states to strip away peoples rights?

I'm not going to engage tonight with the ATRL QAnon base, but the issue wasn't her not endorsing Kamala, she doesn't have to. The problem was her bothsidesing the election and as a result giving credence to MAGA.

How dare she be put off by politicians that make contradictory claims. :biblio:

She is so frustrating to listen to because you tell she's trying to say the right stuff but it just always comes out so badly :rip:

Okay so this video she says she's not voting for Trump. Okay, we knew that :rip: why is she still avoiding saying who she's voting for? I feel like this video made her statements seem worse lmao

This kind of pseudo-intellectualism is so annoying :gaycat6:. Her heart is in the right place, but she's not giving the analysis she thinks she's giving.

Critical thinking skills would look more like saying "I'm voting for Kamala because unfortunately we live in a two party system in which any other decision esssentially helps Trump/right-wingers. I will still be vocal about my disagreements with her policies to keep the pressure on her if she becomes president. Also, let's push for ranked choice voting in the future so third party candidates (who might have views I align with more) can have a fighting chance to actually win elections"

you actually explained WAY better what she's trying to say

You do understand that my point is that Trump wants people like me either dead or in prison, correct? Every single hispanic person, if it was up to him. Like, y'all are so lost in the sauce of arguing for the sake of arguing that you're just disrespectful as hell.

Yes, which is why it's alarming that Harris is - again - literally calling for signing into law an immigration bill that Trump de-facto wrote.

If you want to convince people to vote and address the harms of Trump, you have to find things where Harris is adversarial to Trump on, not copying and moving right with him on.

People need to stop placing political expectations on pop girls. Chappell had every right to say what she did without being cynically interpreted to be a Trump supporter.

Once again, what does that have to do with anything I said? I'm not a Kamala fangirl. I'm well aware of her policies that will affect people like me. What is the point of you quoting me with this "brand new" information? Arguing for the sake of arguing, like I said.

My point is that Trump is WORSE. You do get how he's WORSE? Right? Like, you get it? I don't have to explain it to you? You understand that "worse" doesn't even begin to cover it? If the answer is yes, then what is the point of you quoting me? Enlighten me.

She sounds so unintelligent. Her team really needs to work on her media training.
