Venice B Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Here's what I've been doing for the past few months and have been helping me a lot: - Less screen time before bed. I try using my phone the less I can like two hours before going to bed. - I also try to not listen to upbeat songs a couple hours before bed so I don't get stimulated. If I have the urge to listen to some music I'll settle for something calm. - If you play games, try not playing games that will give you any sort of adrenaline. - Reading helps a lot too. Even if it's just some pages, it's better than lying in bed watching tiktoks or any sorts of social media content. - Tea also helps me, I usually drink a cup while I'm in bed. - Not so specific tips but exercising, eating well and sun bathing, even if it's just a few minutes a day, will help you a lot too. Hope it helps

Pavement Princess Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Crush up half a benadryl in a glass of red wine. Take a hot bath an hour or so before, sip, wash off (including skincare). Spray your pillows with lavender spray, put on a movie or a little youtube video for white noise, phone face down and close your eyes.
