Nicki Minaj: 2 albums (Queen, Pink Friday 2)

 

Megan Thee Stallion: 3 albums, 4 mixtapes (Good News, Traumazine, MEGAN, Tina Snow, Fever, SUGA, Something for the Hotties)

 

Doja Cat: 3 albums (Hot Pink, Planet Her, Scarlet)

 

FYI: The following artists debuted years after IOP dropped:

 

GloRilla: 1 album, 2 mixtapes (GLORIOUS, Anyways, Life's Great, Ehhthang, Ehhthang)

 

Latto: 3 albums (Queen of Da South, 777, Sugar Honey Iced Tea)

 

Ice Spice: 1 album, 1 EP (Y2K!, Like..?)

 

Sexyy Red: 2 mixtapes (Hood's Hottest Princess, In Sexyy We Trust)

 

As you can see, every single female rapper mentioned has been actively releasing projects, except for Cardi B, who hasn't released an album in almost 7 (!!!!!!!) years.

 

What is really going on with Cardi B? Why is there still no album release date, title, or announcement, while the other artists continue to drop mixtapes and albums?

I remember her saying she didnt release her album this summer because it would have been overshadowed by Kendrick vs Drake beef. Shes clearly scared to flop and not meet the standards she and her base set for her. 

 

its why they clingling onto that 1 album for dear life because shes a fad.

So you are basically confirming shes a one trick pony? Because now all her singles today are straight up underperforming. Her last true hit single was 4 years ago.
